以Co(No3)2•6H2O和Al(No3)3•9H2O为原料,采用水热法合成了CoAl2O4纳米粒子,考察了水热反应时间和反应温度对CoAl2O4晶粒尺度的影响。当水热反应温度高于230℃时,能得到纯的CoAl2O4粒子;在240℃反应20h时得到的粒子的粒径最小。在固定床石英管反应器中测试了CoAl2O4的甲烷催化性能,CoAl2O4催化剂表现出较高的甲烷催化燃烧活性,催化剂的颗粒较小时,计算得到其表观活化能较低为76.87(kJ×mol-1),甲烷催化燃烧的反应速率较高,这可归因于小颗粒CoAl2O4催化剂暴露出较多的甲烷催化燃烧活性位。 |

Spinel structure CoAl2O4 nanoparticles were synthesized by hydrothermal method using Co(No3)2•6H2O and Al(No3)3•9H2O as raw materials. The effect on the particle size of the reaction time and temperature was investigated. The pure CoAl2O4 particles can be obtained when the temperature is higher than 230℃. The particle size is smaller in the 240℃. The catalytic activities for methane combustion over CoAl2O4 were investigated in a fixed-bed reactor. CoAl2O4 exhibited excellent catalytic activity for methane combustion. The particle performed well in catalyzing the oxidation of methane with small particle size. It can be attributed to small CoAl2O4 particle catalytic exposed more methane combustion active sites. |
