本文以某电缆隧道工程背景,研究电缆隧道的截面优化选型和设计方法。对不同的隧道截面形状和壁厚在三种工况下分别进行对比,并建立隧道结构合理的力学分析模型,采用有限元法分析隧道结构的应力场和变形场,对比分析结构的变形与强度工作状态评价电缆隧道的安全性能。同时,分析不同断面形状的特征,按照造价最低的原则,选择隧道结构较为合适的断面形式和设计方案。 |

In this paper, the optimum selection and design method of cable tunnel section is studied by the background of a cable tunnel project. The shape and wall thickness of different tunnel sections were compared in three different conditions, and the mechanical analysis model of tunnel structure was established, and the finite element method is used to analyze the stress field and the deformation field of the tunnel structure, and the safety performance of the cable tunnel is evaluated by comparing the deformation and strength of the structure. Meanwhile, in accordance with the properties of different sections, based on minimum cost principle, one more suitable section form and design size of the tunnels are proposed. |
