合肥地处夏热冬冷地区,夏季闷热、冬季阴冷造成的热舒适度差是该地区建筑节能工作中亟待解决的问题。本文在分析“被动房”被动式设计的基础上,利用软件对被动房项目的节能及自然通风效果进行数值模拟,分析并验证被动式设计策略的可行性。计算结果显示,示范房的节能率达到70.04%,节能效果显著;夏季和过渡季的室内空气龄均在300s以下,室内空气质量得到显著改善。 |

Hefei area is located in the hot summer and cold winter region, caused by summer heat and winter cold thermal comfort is poor problem to be solved in the region construction energy conservation work. On the basis of analyzing passive house passive design, we use the software to simulate the energy saving and natural ventilation effect of the passive housing project.. The results show that energy efficiency demonstration room rate reach 70.04%, the energy saving effect is remarkable,and indoor air age in summer and transition seasons was below 300s, indoor air quality has been significantly improved. |
