由于目前越来越多的工业厂房需要增加新的使用功能,而增加的设备荷载已经超过原结构的正常使用承载能力,故需对原钢结构进行加固。本文采用钢梁底部附加预应力筋和钢梁底部加设支撑方法。为了验证此两种加固方法的可行性,并分析出最优方案,本文以山西某电力设备有限公司新建工业区工程项目为例采用了有限元分析软件ANSYS12.0对两种加固方案进行数值模拟。对两种方法在施加相同的荷载作用下对结构的受力性能进行分析。结果表明,预应力筋加固法不仅能极大的满足结构的应力变形要求,而且省工省料,施工难度小,重量更轻,所以预应力筋法比增设支撑法更合适。预应力筋加固法是未来钢结构加固方法的趋势。 |

more and more industrial plant is to increased new functions, and equipment load increase has exceeded the common use of the bearing capacity of structure, so it needs to be on the original steel structure reinforcement. Steel beam is added to the bottom of prestressed reinforcement and steel beam is arranged under supporting. In order to verify feasibility of the two kinds of reinforcement methods, and analysis of optimal plan, we take Shanxi power equipment limited company of new industrial zone project by using finite element analysis software ANSYS12.0 to simulate two reinforcement plans as an example. Deformation analysis of stress of two kinds of methods on structure under the same load applied. Prestressed reinforcement method is labor saving and material saving, low construction difficulty, lighter weight, so adding more suitable supporting method of prestressed reinforcement. |
