      用粉煤灰、磷酸、硫酸铝、有机硅防水剂以及活性氧化镁含量为34.91%的低品级轻烧氧化镁研制出一种耐水氯氧镁胶凝材料,并对镁质材料的强度、耐水性能进行了测试。通过分析粉晶XRD衍射图样和断面微观结构对镁质材料的耐水机理进行了研究。研究结果表明:改性过的镁质材料具有优良的耐水性能,其28d软化系数从0.76提高到了1.01。该方法充分利用了低品级菱镁矿资源,为镁质胶凝材料的制备提供了新思路。
英文摘要:
      A kind of water-resistant magnesium oxychloride cement(MOC) were made by fly ash, phosphoric acid, aluminum sulfate, organosilicon water-proofing agent and low-grade light burned magnesium oxide contains 34.91% active magnesium oxide. The materials' strength and water resistance were tested. Crystal powder XRD analysis and fracture surface SEM analysis were applied to study the materials' water-tolerant mechanism. The results showed that the improved magnesia materials had fine water resistance, soft coefficient raised from 0.76 to 1.01. This method could take full advantage of low-grade magnesite and provides a new method to prepare magnesia cementing materials.
