为研究拼接叠合楼板的抗弯性能,制作了两块预制板拼接、上面现浇叠合层的楼板进行实验研究,并与混凝土材料、配筋率和尺寸相同的现浇楼板进行试验对比。通过静力试验,获得了两种楼板的挠度和抗弯刚度,对比了两种楼板的试验数据,得出拼接叠合楼板在采取构造措施后可作为双向板设计。利用matlab软件计算了现浇楼板弹性阶段的挠度,与实验数据对比结果表明,在弹性阶段现浇钢筋混凝土现浇板与双拼叠合楼板变形基本一致。 |

To study the bending properties of two plates of stitching laminated spliced composite slab, we compared them by producing the same material of concrete, reinforcement ratio, size of slab and the cast-in-place board . We gained the deflection and bending stiffness of the two different slabs and compared the test data of stitching laminate floor with that of cast-in-place board through the static experiment of the two floors. The results shows that the splicing laminated floor can be designed as two-way slab by taking construction measures. The software of MATLAB was used to calculate the deflection of reinforced concrete slab, which shows that the deformation and the rigidity of cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab and splicing laminated floor concrete slab are basically consistent in elastic stage. |
