以某博物馆室内多跨钢结构折形人行吊桥为研究背景,利用ANSYS建立有限元模型。应用ANSYS一阶优化方法,将吊杆的初始张拉力和截面积作为设计变量,以吊杆的应力作为状态变量,以所有吊杆的总体积作为目标函数来对吊桥吊杆进行优化设计。结果显示,结构优化后受力更加合理,且具有更优的经济指标。 |

Taking a multi-span zigzag-shaped steel pedestrian suspension bridge as research background and the finite element model is established by using the ANSYS software. By using First-order optimization method in ANSYS, take the initial tension in the suspender and cross-sectional area as design variables, the stress of the derrick as state variables, and all the volume of the boom as the target function to optimize the bridge derrick design. The calculation Results show that the structure after optimized has much more rational strength and better economic indicators. |
