| a comprehensive analysis of the relationship was make between the development of contract industry shift model district and generic technology innovation system of low carbon ecological industry in Binhu lakeshore new district of Hefei city, around the establishment of generic technology innovation system of low carbon ecological industry in Binhu new district under the background of industry transfer of named “Wanjiang” of Yangtze River in Anhui area Megalopolis. By this means, the aim at the supply of industrial generic technology, and the operation mode and organizational form of generic technology innovation system of low carbon ecological industry were put out. |
