The influence of centrifugal force should be taken into account when using high-speed rotating tools. Therefore, research on the influence of high-speed cutting on tool stress field is of great practical significance. The relationship among spindle revolution, cutting load and centrifugal load is found out by studying the single factor affecting high-speed mill load with altering spindle revolution. The conclusion provides a criterion to deciding the appropriate speed of the high-speed milling cutter |
