      网架结构空间受力性能优越,被广泛应用于大跨度屋盖等工程实践活动中。在长期服役过程中,网架结构如同其它钢结构工程,不仅要承担各种荷载作用,而且要遭受锈蚀、裂缝等各种病害困扰。为此,开展在役网架结构安全检测和状态评估方面的研究,具有显著意义。本文以某在役斜放四角锥网架结构为研究对象,现场测试了管径、壁厚、竖向下挠量等指标,还对锈蚀等病害进行了深入调查;为开展服役状态评估,基于检测数据对建立的初始有限元模型开展了模型修正,探讨了结构整体刚度、强度应力比、稳定应力比等指标。研究表明,本文的研究思路和评估方法能够实现对在役斜放四角锥网架结构的客观、准确评估,对其它类型在役结构评估亦具有借鉴意义。
英文摘要:
      For its superior mechanical performance, space truss structure is widely used in large-span roof and other engineering. Just like other steel structure, grid structure is not only under a variety of loads, but also is vulnerable to corrosion, cracks and other diseases during the long-term service period. Therefore to carry out safety detection and assessment of grid structure are of significance. A diagonal square pyramid grid structure in service is chose as the research subject. Field tests are conducted on the diameter, wall thickness, vertical deflection, rust and other diseases. To evaluate service status the finite element model is established and updated based on data, and the overall structure stiffness, strength stress ratio, stability stress ratio and other indicators are discussed. Studies show that this research ideas and assessment methods can be used to access the diagonal square pyramid grid structure objectively and accurately, which has great reference for assessment of other structures.
