我国两淮矿区分布深厚粘土层,目前矿井建设一般采用冻结法施工,作为冻结法施工的主体-粘土,其冻结的物理力学性能是决定冻结法参数选择的主要因素,具有重要作用。本文以顾桥煤矿东风井深厚粘土层为研究对象,进行了冻结粘土本构关系实验研究。首先根据冻土单轴蠕变实验数据,找到冻土在单轴应力条件下的应力、应变、温度和时间相互作用的关系;然后按照C.C.维亚洛夫推荐公式,运用统计的方法,推导出冻结粘土的本构方程。该方程在两淮矿区冻结井壁的强度和变形进行理论计算和冻结参数选取方面具有重要的参考价值和推广意义。 |

The deep clay layers are distributed in the Lianghuai area of China, the freezing method is commonly used in the construction of mine. As the main body of freezing method - Clay, its mechanical properties which are the main factors of the frozen parameter, play an important role. Aiming at deep clay layers of east air shaft of Guqiao Coal Mine in this paper , the constitutive relations of frozen clay are studied. First, according to uniaxial experimental data, interact relationships of stress about strain, temperature and time under uniaxial stress conditions are found, then according to the recommended formula of C.C.Vyalov, using statistical methods, the constitutive equation of frozen clay is made. The equation of freeze wall strength and deformation of theoretical calculations and freeze parameter selection in Lianghuai area has importantly reference value and popularization. |
