| 在我国社会主义新农村建设过程中，如何科学地编制村庄规划，促进村庄整治的顺利实施，是规划工作者面临的一道难题。当前村庄规划编制仍套用自上而下、政府主导的城市规划思维，导致实际的村庄规划实施效果并不理想。因此，通过调查不同地区村民了解、参与村庄规划的程度以及对规划内容的认知，将参与式发展理念引入村庄规划，从村民在村庄规划中参与方式、参与程序与参与内容等方面探索更为合理、完善的村庄规划编制模式。 |

| In the process of new socialist countryside development in China,how to make and execute country planning scientifically and smoothly puzzles the planners.The current country planning still use government dominated top-down planning tradition, Promoting plan compilation has encountered many difficulties with unsatisfying results.By investigating the degree of villagers’ understanding in different areas ,the extent of participation in villager planning and the cognition to the planning content,introduce the concept of participatory development to villager planning.Explore more reasonable and perfect village planning mode from the way of villagers' participation, participation procedures and content. |
