| 摘 要： | 调查分析了1992年以来大学生择业观念的变化情况。认为大学生的择业观念的变化主流是积极向上的,但也存在一些值得重视的问题。学校应加强就业教育,引导大学生树立正确的择业观念;社会应积极为大学生的就业创造良好的外部环境。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the changes of outlook of choosing occupation of college students since 1992, this article draws a conclusion that the changes are active and positive, although some problems still exists. Colleges should strengthen employment education to adopt correct outlook of choosing occupation, and society should create good external environment for college students's choosing occupation. |
