      以安徽省桐城市为例,基于高德开放平台获取的POI、城市道路网,百度热力图、街景图片以及社交网络APP评价等多源数据,运用层次分析法构建第三空间评估体系,并通过网络服务区分析、交通可达性分析等进行可视化呈现,经过数学计算得到其品质评估结果:六尺巷、桐城文庙、瑞幸咖啡、桐都图书城、中国桐城文化博物馆等第三空间,空间品质良好;市府广场、文昌街道星奇悦儿童游乐场、美术馆、左忠毅公祠堂等第三空间,空间品质一般;龙安广场、转角咖啡、人防生态公园等第三空间,空间品质较差。最后综合评估结果,基于第三空间属性特征,以需求为导向,提出对应的优化策略及建议:增强社交、友好互动;提高可达、易于访问;保持舒适、提升品质;混合功能、多元用途。
英文摘要:
      Taking Tongcheng City, Anhui Province as an example, based on the multi-source data of POI, urban road network, Baidu thermal map, street view pictures and social network APP evaluation obtained from the Gaode open platform, the third space evaluation system is constructed by using the analytic hierarchy process, and the third space quality is evaluated by mathematical calculation through the visual presentation of network service area analysis and traffic accessibility analysis. The third space of Liuchi Lane, Tongcheng Confucian Temple, Luckin Coffee, Tongdu Book City and China Tongcheng Cultural Museum has good space quality; the third space of Shifu Square, Wenchang Street Xingqiyue Children's Playground, Art Museum and Zuo Zhongyi Ancestral Hall has general space quality; the third space of Longan Square, Corner Coffee and Air Defense Ecological Park has poor space quality. Finally, based on the evaluation results, based on the attributes of the third space, and guided by demand, the corresponding optimization strategies and suggestions are put forward: enhance social and friendly interaction; improve accessibility and easy access; maintain comfort and improve quality; mixed function and multi-purpose.
