| 针对工程项目质量安全存在较多潜在风险,从信用收益视角研究建设单位和施工单位之间购买工程质量安全险的策略选择问题。构建建设单位和施工单位的演化博弈模型,分析双方稳定策略的博弈过程。采用系统动力学仿真实验对该模型进行多情景模拟分析,从长期探讨有利于建筑信用市场发展的稳定策略。研究结果表明：建设单位和施工单位是否愿意购买工程质量安全险与其投入产出比有关系。在长期演化过程中,由于信用收益的驱动,建设单位趋向于购买工程质量安全险。建设单位购买工程质量安全保险,可以增强建设单位的信用,有助于施工单位在施工过程中保证施工质量与安全,促进行业内的守信行为,减少工程在运维阶段的投诉成本,推动建筑业高质量发展。 |

| Taking into account the potential risks in the quality and safety of projects, this study discussed the strategies choices for purchasing project quality and safety insurance between the contractor unit and the construction unit from the credit benefits perspective. An evolutionary game model was constructed based on the interactive relationship between the two parties, and the stability strategy was analyzed. The system dynamics (SD) method was used to multi-scenario simulate and analyze the evolutionary game process, and to explore the development of the construction credit market from a long-term perspective. The results showed that the willingness of contractors and construction units to buy insurance was related to the input-output ratio. The contractor unit was more inclined to purchase the insurance, driven by credit benefits. The contractor unit buying the insurance can enhance the credit, ensure construction quality and safety during the construction process, promote trustworthy behavior in the industry, reduce complaints and construction costs, so as promote the sustainable and efficient development of the construction market. |
