      在后疫情时代,医用外科口罩(MSM)成为人们生活中不可或缺的一部分,但很少有关于佩戴口罩对人体舒适度影响的研究。本文旨在研究医用外科口罩在不同温度下对人体热舒适和呼吸舒适的影响。实验工况包括三种不同的温度和以及三种不同的活动水平。15名受试者参加了佩戴医用外科口罩的实验组和不佩戴医用外科口罩的对照组。受试者完成热舒适投票(TCV)、热感觉投票(TSV)和呼吸舒适投票(BCV),并采集其心电图(ECG)以分析心率变异性(HRV)。结果表明,短时间佩戴医用外科口罩对人体整体热感觉没有影响;在热舒适环境下,医用外科口罩对热舒适的影响显著,而热不适环境下,温度对热舒适的影响较大;医用外科口罩影响呼吸舒适,站立时佩戴医用外科口罩增加了呼吸不适的范围;HRV频域分析指标LF/HF通常可作为评价热感觉的指标,但佩戴医用外科口罩后HRV与热感觉无相关性。
英文摘要:
      In the post-epidemic era, medical surgical masks (MSM) have become an integral part of people""s lives, but there are few studies on human comfort when wearing masks.The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of surgical masks on human thermal and respiratory comfort at different temperatures.The experimental conditions included three different temperatures and three different activity levels.Fifteen subjects participated in the experimental group with MSM and the control group without MSM.The subjects completed the thermal comfort vote (TCV), thermal sensation vote (TSV) and respiratory comfort vote (BCV), and their electrocardiograms (ECGs) were collected for analysis of heart rate variability (HRV).The results show that wearing MSM for a short period of time has no effect on the overall thermal sensation of human body.In the thermal comfort environment, MSM has a significant effect on thermal comfort, while in the thermal discomfort environment, temperature has a greater effect on thermal comfort.MSM affects respiratory comfort, and wearing MSM while standing increases the range of respiratory discomfort. LF/HF, the frequency domain analysis index of HRV, can usually be used as an index to evaluate thermal sensation, but there is no correlation between HRV and thermal sensation after wearing MSM.
