      硅橡胶(SR)性能优异,具有耐高低温性、化学稳定性和电绝缘性等。然而,硅橡胶具有可燃性,这限制了其使用范围,因此对它进行阻燃改性具有重要意义。本文通过水热法成功在氮化硼(BN)表面原位生长钴酸铜(CC)制备出BN-CuCo2O4(BNCC)杂化物,将BNCC加入SR中,研究BNCC对SR复合材料的阻燃、导热性能的影响。结果表明,与SR0相比,添加3 phr BNCC的SR3复合材料的LOI达到了29.6%,与SR0相比有了10.4%的提升,同时其UL-94 等级从NR提高到了V-1等级。SR3复合材料的热释放速率峰值(pHRR)降至271.6 kW/m2,总热释放(THR)降低至51.1 MJ/m2,都较纯SR0复合材料有了明显的下降,这表明BNCC对于SR复合材料而言具有良好的阻燃性能。导热率测试结果表明,BNCC能够提高SR复合材料的导热性能。
英文摘要:
      Silicone rubber (SR) has excellent properties, such as high and low temperature resistance, chemical stability, and electrical insulation. However, silicone rubber is flammable, which limits its scope of use, so it is of great significance to modify it for flame retardancy. In this paper, BN-CuCo2O4 (BNCC) hybrids were successfully prepared by in-situ growth of copper cobaltate (CC) on the surface of boron nitride (BN) by hydrothermal method. BNCC was added to SR to study the effect of BNCC on the flame retardancy and thermal conductivity of SR composites. The results showed that compared with SR0, the LOI of SR3 composites added with 3 phr BNCC reached 29.6%, which was 10.4% higher than that of SR0, and its UL-94 grade was improved from NR to V-1 grade. The peak heat release rate (pHRR) of the SR3 composite decreased to 271.6 kW/m2, and the total heat release (THR) decreased to 51.1 MJ/m2, both of which were significantly lower than those of the pure SR0 composite, which indicated that BNCC was more effective for SR composites It has good flame-retardant properties. The thermal conductivity test results show that BNCC can improve the thermal conductivity of SR composites.
