      增强、增韧是解决珊瑚混凝土自身强度低、脆性大等缺陷的重要途径。以小粒径的珊瑚砂完全替代珊瑚粗骨料制备高强珊瑚混凝土(High Strength Coral Concrete,HSCC),研究不同纤维类型和掺量对高强珊瑚混凝土孔隙率、强度影响机理、破坏特征及微观结构的影响。结果表明:不同掺量纤维对HSCC孔隙率有一定的影响,并呈先降低后升高的趋势,变化幅度为-38.5% ~17.3%;纤维对HSCC抗压强度有一定程度提高,轴心抗压强度影响较小,当纤维掺量为3 kg/m3时,碳纤维和聚丙烯纤维的HSCC试件抗压强度分别提高10.2%和6.1%;纤维显著提高了HSCC折压比,改善了HSCC脆性特征,当纤维掺量为4 kg/m3时,碳纤维和聚丙烯纤维试件的折压比分别提升了10.3%和21.6%。
英文摘要:
      Reinforcement and toughening are important ways to solve the defects of coral concrete such as low strength and large brittleness. High Strength Coral Concrete (HSCC) was prepared by completely replacing coral coarse aggregate with coral sand with small particle size, and the effects of different fiber types and dosage on porosity, strength influence mechanism, failure characteristics and microstructure of high-strength coral concrete were studied. The results show that different amounts of fibers have a certain influence on the porosity of HSCC, and show a tendency to decrease first and then increase, with a change of -38.5% to 17.3%.; The compressive strength of the fiber on the HSCC is improved to a certain extent, and the axial compressive strength is less, when the fiber dosage is 3 kg/m3, the compressive strength of the HSCC specimen of carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber is increased by 10.2% and 6.1% respectively; The fiber significantly improved the HSCC folding ratio and improved the brittleness characteristics of HSCC, and when the fiber dosage was 4 kg/m3, the folding ratio of carbon fiber and polypropylene fiber specimens increased by 10.3% and 21.6%, respectively.
