      姿态控制是保证超大框架箱涵中继间法顶进施工顺利实施的关键技术问题之一,然而目前尚未有即便捷又有效的控制措施。基于此,文章研究了针对该技术难题的关键技术,实现了超大框架箱涵中继间顶进过程中小偏移量的姿态控制及时预警与自动纠偏,减少施工人员人工操作。文章结合合肥市铜陵北路下穿铁路股道群超大框架箱涵中继间顶进施工工程实例详细说明了该关键技术并结合工程实施效果验证了该关键技术的有效性。研究成果为类似工程提供了一种关键技术和工程案例。
英文摘要:
      Posture control is one of the key technical problems to ensure the smooth implementation of jacking construction of super-large frame box culvert. However, there is no convenient and effective control measure at present. Based on this, this paper studies the key technologies for this technical problem, and realizes the attitude control, timely warning and automatic correction of small offsets in the jacking process between super-large frame box culvert relays, which can reduce the manual operation of construction personnel. This paper illustrates the key technology in detail and verifies the effectiveness of the key technology in combination with the jacking construction project of super large frame box culvert relay room of Tongling North Road underpass railway track group in Hefei. The research results provide a key technology and engineering case for similar projects.
