      考虑到背景和知识结构差异性导致专家的重要性程度不同,此处提出一种基于三角模糊数及其相对相似度的安全评价模型。首先查阅文献并结合其施工特点,从人员、材料设备、管理、技术和环境5个维度构建评价指标体系。请专家给出指标语义评价等级和指标权重语义评价等级,依据对应关系将其转化为三角模糊数,用三角模糊数间的相对相似度衡量各专家平均贴近度,继而确定专家综合权重。最后,集结评价数据,得到总体安全评价结果。为验证模型的可行性,将其应用于某装配式建筑中,结果表明该项目安全等级为“良”,评价结果与实际工程基本相符。该方法充分考虑到群评价过程中各专家背景和知识结构的差异,一定程度上提高了安全评价的科学性、准确性。
英文摘要:
      This paper fully considers the difference of background and knowledge structure, which leads to different degree of importance of experts, and presents a construction safety evaluation model based on triangular fuzzy number theory and its relative similarity.Firstly, by consulting the literature and combining its construction characteristics,This paper constructs the evaluation index system from the five dismensions of personnel-material-mangagement-technical-environment.Ask the experts to give the semantic evaluation grades of index and weights of semantic evaluation grades of index,and transform it into triangular fuzzy number according to the corresponding relationship with triangular fuzzy number. Use the relative similarity between triangular fuzzy numbers to measure the average closeness degree of each expert,and then the comprehensive weight of each expert is determined. Lastly, the construction safety evaluation results are obtained by aggregating evaluation datas.In order to verify the feasibility of the model, it is applied to a prefabricated building project. The result shows that the construction safety evaluation grade is good, and the evaluation result is basically consistent with the actual project.The method fully takes into account the differences in the background and knowledge structure of each expert in the process of group evaluation, and improves the scientificity and accuracy of construction safety evaluation of prefabricated buildings .
