      人字形板式换热器在实际工业生产中有着广泛应用。为研究波高对冷热双流道板式换热器的影响,对不同紊流状态下正弦人字形换热器进行了三维建模,利用ANSYS Fluent软件对冷热流道内换热器的换热和流动特性进行了数值模拟分析,得到了不同湍流强度下换热器内部温度、速度、压力场的分布特性,并分析了典型波纹倾角、波距情况下,不同波高对换热器壁面努塞尔系数(ˉ("N" ) "u" )及摩擦因子的影响。结果表明:1)雷诺数增加使得换热器内部热交换性能提升,换热死区面积减小,压力增大;2)ˉ("N" ) "u" 随入口流速的增加而增大,但同时使沿程阻力增加,0.4-0.8m/s的入口流速较适宜;3)ˉ("N" ) "u" 随波高呈线性增加趋势,考虑到沉淀结垢及摩擦因子随波高的变化情况,人字形换热器应选择合适的波高。

      The chevron plate heat exchangers are extensive used in practical industrial production. In order to study the influence of wave height on the plate heat exchangers with hot and cold dual-channel, a three-dimensional model of sinusoidal herringbone heat exchanger under different turbulent conditions was built in this paper.And the heat transfer and flow characteristics of the heat exchanger in the hot and cold channels were numerically simulated and analyzed by ANSYS Fluent software. The distribution characteristics of internal temperature, velocity distribution, pressure contours for different Reynolds numbers were obtained. Furthermore, the effects of different corrugated height on average wall Nusselt coefficient(ˉ("N" ) "u" ) and friction factor of heat exchanger was distributed, which in the different corrugated spacing and the given corrugated inclination angle. The results showed that:1) the internal heat exchange performance was improved, the heat exchange dead zone reduced and the pressure increased, as the increase of Reynolds number in the heat exchanger.2)As the increase of the inlet velocity, ˉ("N" ) "u" was improved, but the resistance increased at the same time. So the inlet velocity of 0.4-0.8m/s was suggested for the studied heat exchanger.3) the suitable corrugated height should be careful selected ,though ˉ("N" ) "u" increased as the increase of corrugated height. That is because the increase of precipitated scaling matter and friction factor should be considered.
