      鉴于波纹钢的柔性特点,该结构涵洞实施中应实时检测调整波纹结构断面变形,然而国内外各标准规范对波纹钢结构断面变形指标的技术要求不尽相同。为获取波纹钢变形控制研究方法、合理给定指标,采用ABAQUS有限元软件,通过控制波形与管径、覆土厚度等变量进行受力变形数值仿真分析。得出结论如下:相同波形相同孔径,壁厚增加,抗变形能力增强;相同波形相同壁厚,管径增大,抗变形能力减弱;区别于现有的模拟数据趋势,当水平变形和竖向变形与椭圆度的单调线性趋势改变时,呈现椭圆度增大、竖向椭圆态增加、最大等效应力不减反增的规律,同时,相当安全系数的范围缩小;当安装误差控制在(±1%D)以内,在荷载作用下,回填后波纹钢管体更趋近圆形,有利于荷载均布,形成土拱效应。
英文摘要:
      In view of the flexibility of corrugated steel, it is necessary to detect and handle the deformation of corrugated steel section in real time during the culvert implementation. However, the technical requirements for the deformation indexes of corrugated steel section are different in various countries. To study the deformation control methods of corrugated steel and set up reasonable indexes, the ABAQUS finite element software is used, conducting numerical simulation analysis of stress deformation by controlling variables waveform, pipe diameter, soil thickness, etc. The conclusions are as follows: with the same waveform and aperture, the wall thickness increases and the anti-deformation ability increases; with the same waveform and wall thickness, the pipe diameter increases and the anti-deformation ability decreases. When the horizontal and vertical deformation and the monotonic linear trend of the ellipticity change, the ellipticity and the vertical ellipticity increases, while the maximum equivalent stress increases instead of decreasing, which is different from existing simulation data, and the range of comprehensive safety factor is narrowed. When the installation error is controlled within ±1%D, the corrugated steel pipe tends to be more circular under load after backfilling, which is conducive to the load equalization and the formation of soil arch effect.
