| 本文选取人文特征突出的历史文化名城湖北襄阳古城作为代表案例，从古城意境、城市个性、历史 遗存与文化教育四个方面展开研究，进而提出人文型历史文化名城要突出政府主导、落实人文保护、提高人 文素质、突出特色符号及推动人文创新的保护策略，以期为更多人文特质突出的城市开展历史文化保护工作 提供参考与借鉴。 |

| Taking Xiangyang ancient city，a city with outstanding humanistic features in Hubei Province，as an example，this paper analyzes its city atmosphere，cultural characteristics，relics and education，and proposes protection strategies for humanitycentered historical and cultural cities，which highlight government’s role，the strategy implementation，citizen quality improvement， representative symbol creation and innovation methods，so as to provide references for similar cities |
