| 从乡村振兴视角构建土地整治效益评价指标体系，利用该体系对近年发生在合肥市黄麓镇的土地整治进行验证，发现研究区在产业兴旺、生活富裕和文明有效三项指标上都达到了优秀，生态宜居指标是良好，表明该地区土地整治效果优良。对黄麓镇的田野调查，结合文献爬梳，发现农村土地整治路径呈现出三大新动向：一是分散整治走向空间统筹治理，二是问题导向转向目标导向，三是以地为本向以人为本转型。在此基础上，进一步归纳总结出农村土地整治三大新模式：主导提升型土地综合整治模式、短板补齐型土地综合整治模式和优先发展型土地综合整治模式。因地制宜，选取不同土地治理模式是促进不同村社发展、加速乡村振兴的应然选择。 |

| From the perspective of rural revitalization, the evaluation index system of land remediation benefits was constructed, and the system was used to verify the land remediation that occurred in Huanglu Town, Hefei City in recent years. It was found that the study area had achieved excellent performance in the three indicators of industrial prosperity, rich life, and effective civilization. , The index of ecological livability is good, indicating that the effect of land improvement in this area is excellent. Field investigations in Huanglu Town, combined with literature review, found that three new trends have emerged in the rural land consolidation path: First, decentralized management to spatially coordinated management, second, problem-oriented to goal-oriented, and third, place-oriented and people-oriented Transformation. On this basis, we further summarized three new models of rural land improvement: the dominant and improved land comprehensive improvement model, the shortcoming supplementary land comprehensive improvement model, and the priority development land comprehensive improvement model. Adapting measures to local conditions and choosing different land governance models is the proper choice to promote the development of different village communities and accelerate rural revitalization.
