      为掌握EPC模式装配式建筑供应链韧性系统的结构以及影响韧性能力的指标因素,为后续提高供应链韧性的针对性和有效性提供参考依据。在综合文献分析与专家学者意见的基础上,对各构面的影响因素进行了系统分析,总结出了17个影响EPC模式装配式建筑供应链韧性的因素。采用结构方程模型构建了EPC模式装配式建筑供应链韧性的因子分析模型和因果关系路径分析模型,并验证其路径是否正确和分析各能力指标对该供应链韧性的影响作用程度,深入剖析各构面各因素的影响占比。同时,在对该模型优化的基础上,形成了该系统结构分析模型。研究结果表明,预测能力、反应能力、适应能力、恢复能力和学习能力对供应链韧性均呈显著正向作用。此外,预测能力该构面的标准化路径系数是0.567,表明总承包商的预测能力对供应链韧性的影响最大。为促使EPC模式装配式建筑在实际建造过程中的顺利进行,提出了总承包商及其他参与方在突发性风险发生前后所应采取的措施建议。
英文摘要:
      In order to grasp the structure of the EPC model prefabricated building supply chain resilience system and the index factors that affect the resilience ability, it provides a reference for the subsequent improvement of the pertinence and effectiveness of the supply chain resilience. On the basis of comprehensive literature analysis and opinions of experts and scholars, the influencing factors of each aspect were systematically analyzed, and 17 factors affecting the resilience of the EPC model prefabricated building supply chain were summarized. The structural equation model is used to construct the factor analysis model and the causal relationship path analysis model of the EPC model prefabricated building supply chain resilience, and verify whether the path is correct, analyze the influence of each capability index on the supply chain resilience, and analyze each structure the influence of various factors accounted for in depth. At the same time, on the basis of optimizing the model, an analysis model of the system structure was formed. The research results show that predictive ability, response ability, adaptability, resilience and learning ability all have a significant positive effect on the supply chain resilience. What’s more, the standardized path coefficient of this dimension of predictive power is 0.567, indicating that the predictive power of general contractors has the greatest impact on the supply chain resilience . In order to promote the smooth progress of the EPC model prefabricated building in the actual construction process, the general contractor and other participants should take measures before and after the occurrence of sudden risks.
