      微生物胞外聚合物是保护细胞抵御外界有毒有害物质的“天然保护膜”,而胞外聚合物会受到各种污染物质的影响。该研究选取四环素和铜离子作为污染物,研究单独四环素和铜离子对污水生物除磷中微生物胞外聚合物中蛋白质和多糖的影响,利用直接均分射线法设计3种不同浓度配比四环素和铜离子的混合污染物,研究混合污染物对污水生物除磷中微生物胞外聚合物中蛋白质和多糖的影响。结果表明,单独四环素、铜离子及其混合物作用下,胞外聚合物中蛋白质和多糖均出现先增加后减小的现象;四环素作用36 h时,蛋白质和多糖浓度最大分别为235.18 mg/L和46.45 mg/L,铜离子作用48 h时,蛋白质和多糖浓度最大分别为227.79 mg/L和42.36 mg/L;当混合物浓度配比为0.297、0.894和2.676时,36 h时蛋白质浓度最大分别为223.81 mg/L、206.43 mg/L和210.07 mg/L,多糖浓度最大分别为38.30 mg/L、37.60 mg/L和40.48 mg/L。该研究揭示了微生物接触四环素和铜离子外界不利环境,胞外聚合物抵御不利环境产生的变化。
英文摘要:
      Microbial extracellular polymer is "natural protective membrane" to protect cells against external toxic and harmful substances. Microbial extracellular polymers are affected by various pollutants. Tetracycline and copper ions were selected as pollutants in this study. The effects of single tetracycline and copper ion on protein and polysaccharide in microbial extracellular polymer were studied during biological phosphorus removal. The mixture contaminants of tetracycline and copper ion in three different concentrations ratios were designed by direct?equipartition??ray. The effects of mixed pollutants on protein and polysaccharide in microbial extracellular polymer were studied during biological phosphorus removal. The results showed that protein and polysaccharide in the extracellular polymer increased first and then decreased under the influence of tetracycline, copper ion and their mixture. At 36 h after tetracycline was added, the maximum concentrations of protein and polysaccharide concentrations of protein and polysaccharide were 227.79 mg/L and 42.36 mg/L, respectively. When the were 235.18 mg/L and 46.45 mg/L, respectively. At 48 h after copper ions was added, the maximum concentration ratio of the mixture is 0.297, 0.894 and 2.676, the protein concentration is the highest at 36 h, which is 223.81 mg/L, 206.43 mg/L and 210.07 mg/L respectively, and the polysaccharide concentration is the highest, which is 38.30 mg/L, 37.60 mg/L and 40.48 mg/L respectively. This study revealed that microorganisms were exposed to tetracycline and copper ions, and extracellular polymers could resist the adverse environmental changes.
