为了研究低热-NaOH联合处理剩余污泥,获得胞内碳源释放的最佳方案,通过测定破解后污泥上清液中的SCOD、蛋白质和多糖浓度,分析其随NaOH投加量、水浴温度、以及反应时间的变化。结果表明,低热-NaOH联合处理剩余污泥最佳条件是NaOH投加量3.0g/L、水浴温度60℃、反应时间24h时,在此条件下,上清液中SCOD、蛋白质和多糖浓度分别达18341.4mg/L、1434.53mg/L、324.8mg/L。通过污泥破解前后粒度分析,污泥破解前后中值粒度分别为30.2μm和8.71μm,相差荧光显微镜观显示污泥絮体被破坏。研究显示,低热-NaOH联合处理可在较低能耗下实现剩余污泥的碳源充分释放,研究结果可为优化热碱法预处理剩余污泥提供基础依据。 |

In order to study the optimal scheme of low grade fever -NaOH combined treatment of residual sludge to obtain the release of intracellular carbon source, The concentrations of SCOD, protein and polysaccharide in the cracked sludge supernatant were determined, The changes of NaOH dosage,water bath temperature and reaction time were analyzed.The results show that the optimal condition of low grade fever -NaOH combined treatment of residual sludge is NaOH dosage 3.0g/L, water bath temperature 60℃, reaction time 24h,The concentrations of SCOD, protein and polysaccharide in supernatant were 18341.4mg/L, 1434.53mg/L and 324.8mg/L, respectively.The median particle size before and after sludge cracking was 30.2μm and 3.802μm,Through particle size analysis of sludge before and after cracking,The median particle size before and after sludge cracking was 30.2μm and 3.802μm,Contrast fluorescence microscopy showed that the sludge floc was destroyed.research shows,Low grade fever-NAOH combined treatment can fully release the carbon source of surplus sludge under low energy consumption,The results can provide the basis for optimizing the thermo-alkali pretreatment of surplus sludge. |
