| 在全球气候变化背景下，极端天气和反常气候给中国沿海地区的发展带来了重大挑战。而位处城市边缘的郊区村落更是时常遭受到洪涝、风暴潮及泥石流等各种灾害的侵袭，这严重影响了居民的日常生活和生产劳动。设计选取了近年受气候变化影响较大的香港大澳渔村作为研究对象，在调研大澳渔村环境特征、空间文脉及产业模式的基础上，结合渐进更新、有机更新和社区营造等理论，探索了一个适应于大澳渔村聚落的可持续营造更新发展模式。设计希望通过营造更具韧性的防灾社区以积极应对气候环境的负面变化，给居民构建一个更具有自然与社会适应能力的健康家园，并为香港传统渔村聚落的可持续发展提供新语境下的修补样本。 |

| In the context of global climate change, extreme weather and abnormal climate have brought major challenges to the development of China’s coastal areas. The suburban villages on the fringe of the city are often hit by floods, storm surges and mudslides, which seriously affect the daily life and production of residents. The design selected the Tai O fishing village in Hong Kong, which has been greatly affected by climate change in recent years, as the research object. Based on the investigation of the environmental characteristics, spatial context and industrial model of the Tai O fishing village, it explores the theories of gradual renewal, organic renewal and community building. A sustainable construction and renewal development model adapted to the Tai O fishing village settlement. The design hopes to create a more resilient disaster-prevention community to actively respond to negative changes in the climate environment, build a healthy home for residents with more natural and social adaptability, and provide a new context for the sustainable development of Hong Kong’s traditional fishing villages repair samples. |
