| 智慧社区建设是社区治理能力提升的重要抓手。当前，我国的智慧社区建设虽然取得了一定成效，但仍然面临着由于评估体系价值导向不明、评估机制不完善、评估保障机制缺乏而导致的建设特色缺失、唯投入导向、模式不可持续等问题。基于机制设计理论，大数据驱动的智慧社区建设评估体系包含了智慧社区建设价值重构、智慧社区建设动态评估操作体系完善和智慧社区建设评估保障机制建设三个部分。 |

| The construction of smart community is conducive to improving community governance. At present，China’s smartcommunity construction has achieved certain results，but still faces problems including homogeneousness，input-only orientation andunsustainability because of imperfect assessment and guarantee mechanisms and the lack of value orientation. Based on the theory ofmechanism design，this paper generates a evaluation system of smart community construction driven by big data，which consists ofthree parts：the value recreation，the dynamic operation system and the assessment system of smart community construction. |
