      因建筑造型所需,针对淄博明发世贸中心大厦超高层建筑顶部造型的收进方案进行比选。介绍了四种常用的建筑造型结构收进处理方式,主要对其中两种收进方式(转换块收进、斜柱挑梁收进)的节点受力进行了比对分析,重点介绍了两种收进方式节点的传力路径、应力、变形等力学特征,并对两种收进方式进行了整体计算参数分析。结果表明,斜柱转换对相关水平构件产生的力仅为转换块产生水平力的24.62%,转换块收进产生的应力集中现象远大于斜柱收进,对于转换块收进采用加腋措施后应力集中现象仍然较为明显。斜柱收进对结构整体受剪承载力、整体刚度影响并不大,转换块收进则有明显的受剪承载力突变现象。两种收进方式对整体倾覆力矩均无较大影响。最后该工程选用斜柱收进方式,并对整体结构进行抗震分析、结构设计。

      Due to the needs of the architectural modeling, the selection of the structural setbacks scheme for the super high-rise building of Zibo Mingfa Trade Center Building was selected. This paper introduces four commonly used structural setback methods, and mainly compares and analyzes the joint forces of two structural setback methods (transition block, inclined column cantilever beam). It focuses on the mechanical characteristics of the two structural setback methods, such as the force path, stress, and deformation of the nodes, and analyzes the overall calculation parameters of the two methods. The results show that the force generated by the inclined column conversion on the relevant horizontal members is only 24.62% of the horizontal force generated by the conversion block, and the stress concentration caused by the conversion block is much greater than that of the inclined column. It is found that the stress concentration phenomenon is still obvious by adopting haunch measures for the transfer of the conversion block. The setback of the inclined column has little effect on the overall shear bearing capacity and overall stiffness of the structure, while the conversion block has obvious sudden changes in the shear bearing capacity. The two setback methods have no significant influence on the overall overturning moment. In the end, the project adopts the method of inclined columns and carries out seismic analysis and structural design of the overall structure.
