| 【摘 ???要】智慧社区建设是社区治理能力提升的重要抓手。当前，我国的智慧社区建设虽然取得了一定成效，但仍然面临着由于评估体系价值导向不明、评估机制不完善、评估保障机制缺乏而导致的建设特色缺失、唯投入导向、模式不可持续等问题。基于机制设计理论，大数据驱动的智慧社区建设评估体系包含了智慧社区建设价值重构、智慧社区建设动态评估操作体系完善和智慧社区建设评估保障机制建设三个部分。研究探讨了可操作的智慧社区评估体系，未来研究应探索如何将人工智能等新技术工具应用到智慧社区评估之中。 |

| Abstract：The construction of smart community is an important starting point for the improvement of community governance. At present, although the construction of smart community in China has achieved certain results, it is still facing the lack of construction characteristics due to the assessment system's value, the assessment mechanism is not perfect, and the assessment guarantee mechanism has caused the lack of construction characteristics, only projects that are guided, and the mode is not sustainable. Based on mechanism design theory, large data-driven smart community construction assessment system contains three parts of the construction of smart community construction value, smart community construction dynamic assessment operation system and intensive community construction assessment guarantee mechanism construction. Studies to explore the operational smart community assessment system, and future research should explore how new technologies such as artificial intelligence should be applied to the smart community assessment. |
