      对于铺装层与钢桥面在周期性交通荷载作用下展现出较差的抗剪切能力,易于产生推移、拥包等病害损坏,提出基于槽钢连接的ECC-钢桥面铺装结构。通过有限元软件对槽钢推出试验进行模拟,并结合正交试验对ECC材料中槽钢力学性能进行研究。结果表明:槽钢连接件在ECC中的破坏模式以剪切断裂为主,槽钢尺寸对抗剪承载力的影响从大到小依次为槽钢长度>腹板厚度>翼缘厚度>槽钢高度,并提出了槽钢剪力影响域概念。最后通过对模拟结果进行函数拟合得到槽钢承载力修正系数,用于ECC材料中槽钢连接件抗剪承载力计算。
英文摘要:
      For the pavement layer and steel bridge deck show poor shear resistance under periodic traffic load,which is easy to cause disease damage such as push and upheaval,ECC-steel bridge deck pavement structure based on channel steel connection is proposed.The push-out test of channel steel is simulated by finite element software,and the mechanical properties of channel steel in ECC materials are studied by orthogonal test.The results show that the failure mode of channel steel connectors in ECC is mainly shear fracture.The influence of channel steel size on shear bearing capacity is in the order of channel steel length > web thickness > flange thickness > channel steel height,and put forward the concept of shear affected zone of channel steel.Finally,the correction coefficient of channel steel bearing capacity is obtained by functional fitting of the simulation results,which is used to calculate the shear bearing capacity of channel steel connectors in ECC materials.
