| 本文选取湖北襄阳古城作为人文特征突出的历史文化名城代表案例，从古城意境、城市个性、历史遗存与文化教育四个方面展开研究，进而提出人文型历史文化名城要突出政府主导、落实人文保护、提高人文素质、突出特色符号及推动人文创新的保护策略，以期为更多人文特质突出的城市进行历史文化保护工作提供参考与借鉴。 |

| This paper selects the ancient city of Xiangyang in Hubei Province as a case of a famous historical and cultural city with outstanding cultural characteristics. From the ancient city artistic conception, the city individuality, the historical remains and the cultural education four aspects launch the research. Furthermore, it puts forward the protection strategies of the famous historical and cultural city of humanity type, which should highlight the leading role of the government, implement the protection of humanity, improve the quality of humanity, highlight the characteristic symbols and promote the innovation of humanity, in order to provide reference for more cities with outstanding cultural characteristics to carry out historical and cultural protection work. |
