| 针对海绵城市建设现状，构建5项一级指标和21项二级指标的海绵城市绩效评价指标体系，利用综合赋权法对评价指标进行赋权，将集对分析与可变模糊集耦合，对海绵城市绩效进行综合评价，通过实例表征该方法应用于海绵城市建设绩效评价科学合理。 |

| According to the current situation of the construction of sponge City, this paper constructs a performance evaluation index system of sponge city with 5 first-class indexes and 21 second-class indexes. The comprehensive weighting method is used to weight the evaluation indexes, and the set pair analysis and variable fuzzy set are coupled to comprehensively evaluate the performance of sponge city. Through an example, the method is applied to the performance evaluation of sponge city construction, which is scientific and reasonable. |
