| 在建设“双一流”大学的背景下，理工类高校愈加重视发展哲学社会科学。本文从理工类高校哲学社会科学科研管理工作现状出发，发现科研管理中存在以下问题：1. 哲学社会科学科研投入少，科研资源分配失衡；2. 科研管理人员建设不足；3. 信息化水平低，管理效率低下。针对性提出解决办法：1. 调整科研资源，完善科研分配制度；2. 科研管理人员专业化，加强科研管理团队建设；3. 优化管理过程，提高管理效率。以期提高科研工作效率，提升科研管理水平，对于理工类高校哲学社会科学科研管理工作有一定的借鉴意义。 |

| With the development of building a double first-class university，philosophy and social sciences have become more andmore important in universities of science and technology.Based on the current situation of philosophy and social science researchmanagement in universities of science and technology，this paper finds the following problems in scientific research management：1.Low investment in scientific research in philosophy and social sciences and unbalanced allocation of scientific research resources；2.Insufficient construction of scientific research management personnel；3.Low informatization level and the management efficiency.in order to improve the efficiency of scientific research and improve the level of scientific research management，this paper try to putforward targeted solutions：1.Adjust research resources and improve the research allocation system；2.Specialize scientific researchmanagement personnel and strengthen the construction of scientific research management team；3.Optimize the management processand improve management efficiency.It has a certain reference significance for the scientific research management of philosophy andsocial science in universities of science and technology. |
