      现今社会多变、动态的环境使得主动变革行为日益引起人们的关注,成为学者们研究的热点。通过对249份员工调查问卷的实证研究,结果表明:人力资源管理强度与员工主动变革行为正向相关;组织支持感和内部人身份认知均在人力资源管理强度与员工主动变革行为之间起中介作用。本研究结果丰富了员工主动变革行为驱动因素的研究,为更好激发员工主动变革行为提供了实践思路。
英文摘要:
      Nowadays, the changing and dynamic environment of society makes active change behaviors increasingly arouse people"s attention and become a hot spot for scholars. Through empirical research on 249 employee questionnaires, the results show that: the intensity of human resource management is positively correlated with employees’ active change behavior; organizational support and insider identity recognition both start between the intensity of human resource management and employees’ active change behavior Mediating Role. The results of this research enrich the research on the driving factors of employees" active change behaviors, and provide practical ideas for better motivating employees" active change behaviors.
