      以蓝藻在不同水环境条件(光照、有氧、湖泊水、超纯水)中进行降解实验,研究了降解液中pH、DO、叶绿素a、氮、磷含量变化,并进行了理化指标的相关性分析。实验结果表明:蓝藻在光照有氧A组实验条件下降解,水体叶绿素a含量在实验第16天达到1020.3μg/L峰值,而水体总溶解态磷(TDP)和水体总溶解态氮(TDN)在实验第30天分别达到极大值2.79mg/L和14.78mg/L;密封黑暗的C组实验条件下降解,水体叶绿素a含量在实验第7天降至127.9μg/L,降解率达76.96%,降解液中TDP在实验20d达到最大值3.56mg/L,TDN在实验13d达到最大值21.25mg/L;各实验组测试指标的相关性分析表明:蓝藻降解液中TDP、PO43--P、TDN及NH4+-N含量与pH呈显著相关性(p<0.05),TDP与PO43--P均呈显著正相关性(p<0.01),NH4+-N与TDN也呈现显著正相关关系(p<0.01)。因此,蓝藻降解过程会产生大量PO43--P、NH4+-N形态无机营养盐,而环境条件对氮磷营养盐释放规律具有显著影响

      The experiments were performed to study the content changes and the correlation analysis of pH, DO, chlorophyll a, N, and P in the water during the decay process of cyanobacteris under different conditions (Light, Oxygen, Lake Water, Ultra-Pure Water). The experimental results showed that the chlorophyll a content reached the peak value of 1020.3μg/L on the 16th day of degradation, while the total dissolved phosphorus (TDP) and the total dissolved nitrogen (TDN) increased to the maximum values of 2.79 mg / L and 14.78mg/L respectively on the 30th day of degradation under light and aerobic conditions. Under the sealed and dark degradation conditions, the content of chlorophyll a in the water decreased to 127.9 μg/L on the 7th day, the degradation rate was 76.96%, while the content of TDP in the water reached the maximum value of 3.56 mg/L on the 20th day, and TDN also reached the peak value of 21.25 mg/L on the 13th day. Correlation analysis showed that there were significant correlation (p<0.05)among physical and chemical index( pH、TDP、PO43--P, TDN and NH4+-N), significant correlation (p<0.01) between TDP and PO43--P, significant correlation (p<0.01) between NH4+-N and TDN in the cyanobacteria degradation solution . Therefore, the degradation process of cyanobacteria can release nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients, and water environment conditions have a significant impact on the release of nitrogen and phosphorus nutrients
