      通过凝胶纺丝、连续拉伸获得UHMWPE纤维,采用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、小角和宽角X射线衍射(SAXS 、WAXS)测试分析,建立了纤维在拉伸初期结构演变过程的模型。结果表明,在110°C接近熔点的温度连续拉伸,片晶向纤维晶转变的过程首先是拉伸诱导结晶的过程来实现的,随拉伸持续,晶体被破坏,分子链被不断拉出晶体块,并充分展开,最终形成伸直链纤维。
英文摘要:
      UHMWPE fiber was obtained by gel spinning and continuous drawing. Using scanning electron microscope (SEM), small-angle and wide-angle X-ray diffraction (SAXS, WAXS) testing and analysis, a model of the structure evolution process of the fiber in the initial stage of stretching was established. The results showed that continuous stretching at a temperature close to the melting point of 110 ?C could realize the transformation from lamellar crystals to fiber crystals through the stretching-induced crystallization process. As the stretching progresses further, the crystals were broken and the molecular chains were pulled out of the crystal block, and finally, the molecular chains were expanded to form a straight chain fiber.
