| 本文收集了安徽建筑大学近三年交通工程专业毕业生就业情况的相关数据。首先，通过描述性统计分析阐述就业的具体情况，表明了选择升学和工作的毕业生的良好现状；其次，为了探究学校的培养工作与毕业生就业质量之间的关系，利用双变量相关性分析说明了影响就业的因素之间存在相关性，再采用逐步回归分析方法找到影响就业的显著因素，即毕业生在校获得的奖学金次数和在校参加的学科竞赛次数；最后，依据问卷调查的分析结果，从大学生、高校和政府三个层面对交通工程专业的培养计划提出了若干建议。 |

| This paper collected the relevant data of the employment situation of the graduates majoring in traffic engineering from Anhui Jianzhu University in recent three years. Firstly, the specific situation of employment is illustrated through descriptive statistical analysis, which indicates the good current situation of graduates who chose to pursue further education and work; Secondly, in order to explore the relationship between school training and graduates' employment quality, the correlations among the factors which affect employment are illustrated by means of bivariate correlation analysis; Then, significant factors affecting employment identified by stepwise regression analysis are the number of scholarships that graduates received and the number of discipline competitions they participated in; Finally, some suggestions on how to train the students majored in traffic engineering are given according to three aspects, college students, colleges and universities, and government. |
