| 在经典报童模型基础上，研究了两个可替代产品中的一方存在缺货情况下，消费者需求转移的订货
问题。针对需求转移概率为零的特殊情况和转移概率为正的一般情况分别给出商品的最优订货量，并采用数
值方法分析转移概率对订货量及零售商利润的影响。研究发现，随着消费者需求转移概率的增加，零售商总
订货量和利润随之增加。不管消费者对缺货产品的需求转移是否存在，零售商都应该尽可能多地采购盈亏比
较高的产品。 |

| Based on the classic newsvendor model，this paper studies the newsvendor problem with consumers demand
substitution under the condition that one of the two alternative products is out of stock. For the special case where the
demand substitution probability is zero and the general case where the substitution probability is positive，the optimal order
quantities of the product are given respectively. Then we analyze the impact of demand substitution probability on
the order quantity and the profit by numerical method. This study shows that the total order quantity and the profit of
the retailer are increase with the substitution probability. Retailers should order as many products as possible with the
high profit-and-loss ratio whether or not consumer demand substitution in out-of-stock products exist. |
