| 当前,建立空间规划体系是城乡规划领域改革创新的热点问题,也是开展空间治理研究的重要内容基于国内外空间规划研究文献资料的回顾,梳理了空间规划的理论研究和规划实践。目前对空间规划尚未形成系统的理论研究框架,缺乏完善的技术方法体系,对规划法律体系构建不清。未来,应在现有空间规划研究基础上,建立统一的理论框架体系,构建完整的技术方法体系,加强规划编制审批程序体系,编制健全的法律体系保障,为空间规划体系的构建提供理论参考和科学依据。 |

| At present, the establishment of spatial planning system is a hot issue in the reform and innovation of urban and rural planning, and it is also an important part of the research on spatial governance. Based on the review of the literature on spatial planning research at home and abroad, the theoretical research and planning practice of spatial planning are sorted out. At present, there is no systematic theoretical research framework for spatial planning, and there is no perfect technical method system, and the planning legal system is unclear. In the future, based on the existing spatial planning research, a unified theoretical framework system should be established, a complete technical method system should be established, the planning and approval process system should be strengthened, and a sound legal system guarantee should be prepared, provide theoretical reference and scientific basis for the construction of spatial planning system. |
