| 在梳理乡村振兴提出的背景和分析其概念与内涵的基础上，总结提出乡村产业发展、乡土文化传承、乡村人居环境、乡村人才与科技、乡村组织建设是乡村振兴战略实施的五个重要方面；借鉴国内外乡村发展与建设的实践经验，提出我国乡村建设面临忽略空间布局与功能分配、乡土文化价值发掘不够、人才和科技策略不完善等三大问题；针对三大问题提出相关建议和展望。 |

| On the basis of sorting out the background of rural revitalization and analyzing its concept and connotation，it is concluded that the development of rural industry，the inheritance of rural culture，the living environment of rural people，rural talents and science and technology，and the construction of rural organizations are five important aspects of the implementation of rural revitalization strategy，draw lessons from the practical experience of rural development and construction at home and abroad. The paper puts forward three problems in China's rural construction，such as ignoring spatial layout and functional distribution，insufficient exploration of local cultural value，imperfect talent and scientific and technological strategy. Suggestions and prospects are proposed for the three major issues. |
