| 随着城市化进程的加快，合肥市原来一些老工业区厂区外迁，遗留了许多工业遗产。如何再激发出这些土地的活力，带动经济的发展的同时又延续厂区过去的记忆与文化，是一个新的课题。本文针对合肥市工业遗产的延续与发展问题，提出了整体规划，主题景观，大众参与等更新改造策略，并以合力叉车厂的改造为例，介绍了其既有工业建筑的更新改造设计，提出了针对性的实施运营建议，以期对合肥市留存的工业遗产保护和再利用提供借鉴。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| With the acceleration of urbanization，some old industrial districts in Hefei have been relocated，leaving many industrial heritages. How to stimulate the vitality of these lands，promote the economic development，and retain the past memory and culture of the factory district is a new topic. In the paper，aiming at the problem of the continuation and development of industrial heritage in Hefei，then puts forward the overall planning，thematic landscape，public participation renovation strategy，and to transform the forklift factory as an example，introduces the existing industrial building renovation design，puts forward the pertinent implementation of the operation suggestions，in order to give reference on protect and reuse of retained industrial heritage in Hefei. |
