| 论文初审是学术期刊严守论文质量关的重要一环。通过参考文献信息印证论文一定程度上体现了论著者的科研思维、科研活动的脉络、再现了论著者的科研过程，是期刊编辑进行论文初审的辅助手段之一，也是
科技期刊编辑必须具备的基本业务能力。参考文献著录标准化是其辅助论文初审的前提条件，为编辑借助数字
化、信息化传播手段进行参考文献比对成为可能。参考文献信息对科技论文的印证主要表现：学术研究成果的
继承性、论文借鉴信息的广度和深度、作者科学研究的系统性、论文作者写作与治学的态度。期刊编辑可通过对
参考文献信息所反映出来的论文撰写情况的分析，辅助判断论文的学术水平，提升编辑对科技论文进行初审的
业务能力。 |
| 英文摘要: |
| The initial review is an important part of the review of scienctific papers. Reference information can verify
the writing of papers and reflect the author's scientific thinking and scientific research activities，and reproduces the scientific
research process of the author. It is also the basic ability that the editors of scientific and technological periodicals
should have.Periodical editors should grasp the laws of scientific papers writing as much as possible to assist in the preliminary
examination of papers. Reference information can confirm the writing of papers .To some extent，references reflects
the scientific thinking and scientific research activities ，and reproduces the scientific research process .Through the
analysis of the writing situation reflected by the references ，the article can help the editors，especially the young editors
to make use of the references to judge the academic level of the paper，and improve the ability to conduct initial
review of scientific papers. |
