| 本文基于 BIM 模型的智能物业管理体系研究，首先分析了BIM和建筑物的有效结合，然后建立了基于BIM信息下的智能物业管理理论体系和物业管理体系框架组成内容。本文涉及的内容为BIM技术与GPS技术、5A系统和 FM 系统相结合而组成的可视化智能化平台。应用这种可视化的智能大平台构建起智能物业管理体系的具体组成内容。最后结合实际案例分析出基于BIM 的智能物业管理体系的优点，总结出BIM 和物业管理相结合是以后物业管理发展的方向也是人们应该重视和研究分析的重点。 |

| This paper studies the intelligent property management system based on BIM model . Firstly，it analyzes the effective combination of BIM and buildings. Then it establishes the intelligent property management theory system and the property management system framework based on BIM information. This paper probes into a visual intelligent platform composed of BIM technology and GPS technology，5A system and FM system..This kind of visual intelligent big platform builds the concrete content of intelligent property management system. Finally，the advantages of intelligent property management system are analyzed with cases. Under the BIM model. which leads to the concluded that the combination of BIM and property management which leads to the direction of the development of property management in the future，which should be emphasized and analyzed. |
