| 党在十八大中提出“美丽中国”的建设任务和目标，美丽乡村是“美丽中国”建设任务的重点和难点。本文从“生活美“、“环境美”、“产业美”、“文化美”（简称“四美”）的角度阐述美丽乡村规划建设内涵， 再以树山村为例，梳理树山村“四不美”存在的问题和成因，探讨通过合理的规划途径将“四不美”变为具有“四美”内涵的美好乡村，从而针对当前美好乡村普遍存在的“四不美”的问题，总结出具有较高可行性中国美丽乡村建设的规划思路及建设路径，为其他乡村建设发展提供参考和建议。 |
