| 工业建筑是城市文明发展和城市文脉传承的重要部分，具有一定的历史研究价值和情感人文价值。合肥市 自20世纪50年代以来，逐渐发展成为安徽省重要的工业城市，但伴随着城市中心的不断扩张，昔日辉煌的工业建筑 即将因城市现代化的快速发展而面临废弃甚至拆除的问题，如何对待和解决既有工业建筑是一个亟待解决的问 题。此次调查研究通过对合肥市既有工业建筑的实地考察，大量文献资料的查阅与问卷调查，分析了合肥地区既有 工业建筑的留存现状和建筑类型，研究了对其保护再利用的模式，以期对探索适合合肥地区的既有工业建筑保护 与利用的模式提供理论依据和技术支撑。 |

| Industrial buildings are an important part of the development of urban civilization and the inheritance of urban context， which has a certain historical research value and emotional value.Since the1950’s， Hefei has been gradually developing into an important industrial city of Anhui province.But with the continuous expansion of the city center， the former glorious industrial buildings are facing the problem of becoming wasted and even dismantled because of the rapid development of urban modernization, Therefore how to treat and solve the industrial architecture heritages is a problem to be solved. The study of Hefei industrial buildings heritages were carried out through a large number of literature review. Through the investigation and study ，we analysis the current hefei industrial buildings preservation， building type， etc. The investigation and study provide solid basis for us to explore suitable protection methods and recycle strategies of Hefei industrial buildings. |
