| 职业适应是农民工市民化的重要内容。通过文献研究，发现国内外学者研究职业适应的理论视角、
测量方式和影响因素存在较大差异；以农民工为对象的职业适应研究成果较少，而且缺少统一的职业适应
测量指标体系，缺少深入的职业适应过程分析，缺乏有效的职业适应最佳实践，这些不足为后续研究指明
了研究方向和任务。 |

| Occupational adaptation is an important content of the citizenization of migrant workers.
Through the literature research, it is found that domestic and foreign scholars have great differences in the
theoretical perspective, measurement methods and influencing factors of career adaptation. The results of
the career adaptation research of the migrant workers are less, and the lack of a unified occupational fitness
measurement index system, the lack of in-depth career adaptation process analysis, the lack of effective
career adaptation best practices, these st udies indicate that the study Direction and task. |
