      随着社会的发展和人们环保意识的提高,环境污染更小的水性涂料得到了广泛应用。不同类型的喷涂材料在工业使用过程中释放规律的探讨有利于对其环境影响进行评估。本文选取喷涂企业使用的油性涂料和水性涂料为研究对象,进行喷涂和干化阶段挥发性苯、二甲苯、乙苯、TVOC释放含量检测,探讨挥发性有机物的释放规律,并进行相关环境影响分析。实验结果显示,苯、二甲苯及乙苯在油性涂料中的挥发量明显高于其在水性涂料中的挥发量。挥发量差异最大的是乙苯,油性涂料挥发量为13.07 mg/m3,是水性涂料的75倍。此外喷涂过程中,水性涂料的时间加权平均浓度不及油性涂料时间加权平均浓度的1/2,所以在保证工人身体健康不受危害的前提下,喷涂水性涂料时的可工作时间明显要长于喷涂油性涂料时可工作时间。通过压降分析,发现吸附过程中气体通过油性涂料的阻力更大,同样条件下,吸附油性涂料的压降增加了126.87%,因此活性炭吸附水性涂料时通风设备的能耗比油性涂料的能耗要少。

      With the development of the society and the improvement of environmental protection consciousness, water-based coating which has less impact on environment has been widely applied. Since analysis of different types of coating materials release law in the industry process is beneficial for evaluating their environmental impact, this paper selected spray business use water-based paint and oil-based paint as the research object. By experimented on spraying and drying stages volatile benzene, xylene, ethyl benzene, TVOC content release detection, this paper explored the release of volatile organic compounds as well as associated environmental impact analysis. The experimental results shows that the volatilizing quantity of benzene, xylene and ethyl benzene in oil paint are significantly higher than that in water-based paint. Ethylbenzene has the biggest differences in volatilizing quantity between these two kind of paint. Its volatilizing quantity in oil paint is 13.07 mg/m3, which is 75 times higher than the quantity in water-based paint. Moreover, in the spraying process, the average concentration of water-based paint weighted by time is less than 1/2 of the average concentration of oil paint weighted by time. Namely, In ensuring the health of workers from hazards premise, workers who spray water-based paint can work significantly longer than those who spray oil-based paint. At the same conditions, the pressure-drop for adsorbing oil paint increases by 126.87 %.So water-based paint has relative lower cost in energy consumption of ventilation during activated carbon adsorption.
