| 传统村镇居民点空间优化是城乡一体化背景下村镇规划的现实需要。本文以国家建制镇示范点源潭镇为例，基于三生空间协调发展的视角，构建村镇居民点用地适宜性评价体系，在适宜性评价的基础上将源潭镇村镇居民点划分为4种分区优化模式，即镇村空间一体式、中心村改造提升式、迁村并点整理式、生态保护搬迁式，并提出相应的优化路径与策略。 |

| The spatial optimization of traditional town and village settlements is the practical need of town and village plans in the context of urban and rural integration. With the sample of national administrative town model of Yuantan town, and from the perspective of coordinated development of production and living and ecological space, the paper establishes suitability assessment system of town and village settlements, based on which settlement of Yuantan town is divided into four partition optimization models, including urban and rural integration, internal transformation, village removal and merger, and ecological removal, and puts forward the relevant optimizing ways and strategy. |
